What happens if I don't pay my invoice on time?
If you do not pay your invoice by the due date, that's okay! Please make a payment as soon as possible, or contact us to let us know when you plan to make a payment.
You may receive an automated courtesy text message and/or a Reminder Notice if we haven't heard from you.
If you can't make a payment or are having difficulties paying, it's very important that you contact us as soon as possible! That way our Team can work with you to explore your options.
If we continue to not hear from you, the notices may escalate. This may lead to a phone call from us or disconnection of your supply.
Are there late fees?
Energy On does not charge late fees!
