What if I cannot pay my invoice on time?

If you are unable to pay your invoice by the scheduled due date, you may be eligible for payment assistance. 

This can include: 

  • Additional time to pay, 
  • Other arrangements, such as differing intervals, 
  • Installment Payment Plan, and 
  • Paying for energy use in advance.
