How can I change my current payment method?

If you are on Direct Debit and wish to make changes, please submit a new application. You can do this by filling out the appropriate secure online form located on the Energy On Website, according to your supply set-up. 

We have two forms, one for Residential Customers and one for Commercial Customers.

If you are using Payble and wish to change your payment method, please contact Customer Service (1300 323 263) and they will guide you through the process.
