Why was I charged a dishonour fee?

You will only be charged a dishonour fee by Energy On if you have Direct Debit set up with us. This fee is outlined on our Fees and Charges webpage and help article shown here.

If you have Direct Debit set up on your utility account and the payment fails, you may be charged per occurrence.
