Energy On Continues to Service Customers During Covid-19

Taking every measure to operate within the guidelines set by Commonwealth and State Government recommendations, Energy On continues to serve our customers, keeping our business safe and ensuring that we provide our embedded networks with their utilities.

Throughout this time of uncertainty, our Customer Service Team continues to answer enquiries, however, there have been slightly longer wait times for customers calling with enquiries. In line with Government directives, we have reduced the size of our team working in the office, with half of The Team working from home.

Payment Assistance

Energy On continues to charge no late fees or overdue fees.  We actively work with you, our customers, to set up payment plans for energy costs, taking your financial situation into consideration.  

We will continue to provide essential services to all customers. Contact us if you wish to request a payment extension or apply for a payment plan to manage your expenses.
