If I have an outstanding amount on my account, do I need to pay this first before setting up Direct Debit?

If you do have an outstanding amount to pay, one of our Team members will be in touch to confirm your options once your Direct Debit request is processed. 

It is highly recommended that you do pay your current outstanding amount before setting up direct debit. However, if the Direct Debit request is received at least five business days before your current invoice is due, direct debit will be scheduled to be debited on the due date of your most recent invoice.
