Payment Assistance and Financial Hardship

Energy On values its relationship with its customers and recognises that there may be instances where customers experience payment difficulties or financial hardship. We are here to help in whatever way we can.

Energy On offers both Payment Assistance and Financial Hardship plans to our customers. Payment Assistance plans focus more on addressing immediate difficulties, whereas Financial Hardship plans are centred on long term solutions to difficulties around paying invoices. You can see the different options below: 

Payment Assistance

If you need help paying your invoice, you may be eligible for payment assistance, including:

  • Additional time to pay,
  • Information about concession and government rebates,
  • Energy saving tips to bring your bills down, and
  • Fixed installments payment plans

 If your payment difficulties are a part of an ongoing financial situation, Energy On may be able to provide you more support through our Financial Hardship program.

Financial Hardship

Energy On's Financial Hardship program tailors our assistance to your needs, supporting you through difficult times and helping you get back in control of your bills.

  • Long- or short-term payment extensions
  • Flexible payment plans that anticipate your needs and adjust to your situation and Fixed payment plans to consistently lower debt
  • Assistance accessing government grants, concessions and rebates
