Will hot water be billed separately from cold water? Do I still need to contact my cold water distributor to have that set up?

Your utilities will be invoiced separately. 

If Energy On manages circulating hot water at your address, you will need to set up an account with Energy On and another account with the cold-water distributor for your area.
