Will hot water be billed separately from cold water? Do I still need to contact my cold water distributor to have that set up?

In the event that Energy On manages both hot and cold water, your utilities will be invoiced separately. 

If Energy On manages elusively circulating hot water at your address, you will need to set up an account with Energy On and another account with the cold-water distributor for your area. If you are unsure which utilities Energy On is managing at your address, you may contact us here.
