There are two ways to register your move out date. You can either fill out the Moving Out Form, or reach out to us at TheTeam@EnergyOn.com.au, and we will help you update your move out date. Please include a forwarding address for the final invoice.
If you have missed your move out date, please contact us immediately. Our policy states that you are responsible for usage costs and charges until such time that you notify us of your move-out. Please let us know of the date you moved out and a forwarding address for the final invoice.
