How can I add another name to my account?

If you would like to add another name to your account, whilst we cannot arrange for joint account holders, there is an option to add another person to your account as an Authorised Representative. This allows them to act on your behalf with Energy On.

An Authorised Representative has the full authority to access your account, including making payments and adjusting contact details.

You can either fill out a ticket here, with the ticket type being “Account Enquiry” and the subject line as “Adding another name to my account” or the form here.
