In order for us to set up your new utility account accurately, we require each new occupier to fill in a Sale Of Utility Agreement and return it to us with an accompanying photo ID. This agreement outlines all fees and charges, the occupants’ rights and responsibilities, as well as ours to you. Usually, this form takes no longer than five minutes to complete.
We require this completed and returned to us so that we can continue to supply your Utility.
Once we receive this completed form, we can set up each utility account accordingly. We need to receive this prior to your move-in date so we can ensure your account is setup for your Utility supply by the move-in date. It is recommended to return your agreement and ID back to us at least 3-5 business days before you move in so we can ensure it's processed in time.
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon completion of your Sale of Utility Agreement.
