How long does it take for an account to be set up?

In order for us to set up new occupants' utility accounts accurately, we require each new occupier to fill in a Sale Of Utility Agreement and return it to us with an accompanying photo ID. The Energy Supply Agreement outlines the standing charges, the occupants’ rights, and responsibilities as well as ours at Energy On. We require this completed form so that we can continue to supply the energy. 

Once we receive this completed form back, we can set up each utility account accordingly. This is preferred to be received prior to the move-in date so we can ensure the completed set up of the energy by the move-in date. It is recommended to have returned your agreement and ID copy back to us at least 3-5 business days before you move-in so you can ensure we have processed it in time. 

You will receive a confirmation email from us once this is all set up.
