I moved in and nobody told me to set up an account, what do I do?

Please contact us, providing your email address, mobile number, new address, and the date you moved in. We will help you from there.

Should you not contact us to set up an account, your supply may be disconnected and there may be costs associated with having the supply reconnected. 

The account will be set up from the time you have occupied the premises.
