What is Payble and How does it work?

Payble is a quick and easy payment option that allows you to pay your Energy On invoices.  In just a few quick steps you'll be able to easily pay for your Energy On utilities by setting up a direct debit from your bank account. Your mobile phone is all you need to set yourself up.

Step 1. Register for Payble - There is a Payble QR code on your Energy On invoice, scan that code or click here and enter your Energy On customer number.

Step 2. Finalise your payment request - Follow the prompts in the Payble app to complete your flexible Direct Debit Request.

Step 3. Check you have available money in your bank account - You need to make sure you have a balance available at the time your bank account is debited.

Step 4. Done! - Once your Direct Debit Request is approved, Energy On will debit your nominated bank account on the due date. You may cancel or update your details at any time by contacting Energy On.
