What is Payble and How does it work?

Recently, you may have been seeing more information about Payble from us, a new Direct Debit service we are working with. Payble is a quick and easy payment option that allows you to pay your Energy On invoices. In just a few quick steps, you'll be able to pay for your Energy On utilities by setting up a direct debit from your bank account or credit/debit card. Your mobile phone is only thing you need to set yourself up.

Step 1. Register for Payble - There is a Payble QR code on your Energy On invoice, scan that code or click here and enter your Energy On customer number.

Step 2. Finalise your payment request - Follow the prompts in the Payble app to complete your flexible Direct Debit Request.

Step 3. Check you have available money in the registered account - You need to make sure you have a balance available at the time your account is debited.

Step 4. Done! - Once your Direct Debit Request is approved, Energy On will debit your nominated account on the due date. You may cancel or update your details at any time by contacting Energy On.

Payble also gives the option to do one-off payments, if that's preferable. Finally, as we shift Payble to more sites, we will be moving our current customers to Payble Direct Debit due to the ease of use. If you have any concerns with this, please feel free to contact us
