Australia has a wide range of concessions and rebates available for your household energy invoices. This article aims to summarise all the available concessions and rebates for embedded network customers and links you to where you can find more information and apply to receive it. We encourage you to not only apply for any of these if you meet the criteria, but also apply for any gas, water or other available rebates to help with the costs of living.

As a note, a lot of these rebates can be claimed once per financial year (the period of July 1st to June 30th) and may change eligibility requirements, and the amount offered between Financial Years.

If you have an oxygen concentrator, it must be supplied by the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) you will need a medical assessment in accordance with MASS and either a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Health Care Interim Voucher, Child Disability Allowance or a Queensland Seniors Card. If you have a kidney dialysis machine, it must be supplied by a Queensland Health Hospital. | Customers who require a life support machine at home are eligible to receive a concession to help with costs.
