When you move-out, please ensure you TURN OFF YOUR FUSES. These are usually located within a small cupboard on your premises. Once you have finished using power, please turn all these switches down to OFF, including the MAINS and/or SAFETY switch. Should these be left on, there may be excess electricity usage recorded for billing on your final invoice.
If you are going away for an extended period of time (several months), please submit a ticket and we can disconnect your electricity, closing your account until you return. When you return to your address, please contact us to open up a new account.
