How to set up Direct Debit

Energy On uses Payble for Direct Debit services. 

If you’re moving in, you can opt for Direct Debit payments on your Sale of Utility Agreement (SUA). We will provide you with the necessary details once your utility account has been set up.


Otherwise, you need to sign up through the Payble portal. This can be done by clicking this link, or by clicking the link on your invoice under the Payble banner. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the first page of your invoice.


Direct Debit payments will be attempted on the due date of your invoice. This is displayed on the first page of your invoice.


If you need to update your Direct Debit details or if you want to cancel your Direct Debit payments, you can do so through Payble.
