This article provides a simple guide on how to register or log in to your Energy On Customer Portal account.
PLEASE NOTE, your email and password used when registering or logging in are case sensitive.
Please be sure match the the email and password with the those you signed up with or provided us and at the time of registering your portal.
Step 1: Registering
In the email you are sent each billing period with your invoice attached (or your reminder notification), you can find a section called Energy On Customer Portal, which will look like the image example below.

Once you are looking at this on your invoice, you can Click "Register your Portal Access HERE" and simply follow the steps to set up your account!
You will not be able to log into the Customer Portal without first registering.
Energy On Customers who are supplied multiple utilities will need to register a login for each utility.
Step 2: Logging In
If you want to log in to your Customer Portal account, you can do so through either your regular Utility Invoice or reminder email. We recommend bookmarking your login URL/page for ease of access.
At this point, you will see the following:
Using your customer number and your password, which are case-sensitive, you can then click on “Sign In” to access the customer portal!
As a reminder, if you have two utility accounts with us, you will have separate customer portal logins for each of them.
