If you would like to view your utility meter, you will need to first obtain permission from your Building Manager. This is to ensure safe and secure access to the area where the meters are located.
Once permission is provided, your meter can usually be found in one of the following places:
- In a cabinet on your floor (or on a floor immediately above or below you),
- In the carpark, or
- in the basement.
Each meter is labelled with the corresponding unit, apartment, or shop number, along with its unique meter number. If you are unsure which meter belongs to your property, your Building Manager or Energy On can help confirm this to you.
Please note: Electricity meters and their enclosures contain live electrical equipment. For your safety, please do not touch, tamper with, or attempt to operate your meter. Mishandling electrical equipment can result in electric shock, serious injury, or death.
If you are ever unsure or would like more information regarding access to your meter, please reach out to our Customer Service Team - either by submitting a ticket HERE or calling our Australian-based customer service team on 1300 323 263.
