If you're looking to add another name to your utility account, we're here to help.
To get started, all you need to do is submit a ticket through our Help Centre using this link:

When you're filling out the ticket, make sure you select "Account Enquiry" as the ticket type, and type out the subject as "Adding another name to my account".
Once we receive your request, we'll get in touch with you to discuss your options for an Authorised Representative to be added and what this means for your account.
