How often will I be receiving my bill? Can this be changed from monthly to every three months?

The frequency of your billing is determined by the Owner/s of your Embedded Network and/or the Strata Manager. Energy On then generates the invoices according to that agreed billing frequency and is unable to change the timing of invoicing.

You will receive an invoice for your energy usage at least every three months. Energy On charges no late fees to customers and will work with you to help manage your payments.
