You can set your account up in joint names by each completing a Sale of Utility agreement and providing your photo ID. Once this has been received, our Team will create or update an existing account with both names. This means both account holders can contact us requesting information on the account, and both account holders will be responsible for paying the invoices. Please submit a ticket to begin this process.
