Energy On does not charge our customers to set up Direct Debit by Bank Account or Credit Card.
Direct Debit of Bank Account
There are no ongoing fees associated with Direct Debit of Bank Accounts.
A Direct Debit Dishonour Fee may be charged if your direct debit fails. This fee is outlined on our Fees and Charges webpage.

Direct Debit of Credit Cards
There is a flat 1% Credit Card transaction fee (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
