Yes, of course! Energy On customers can sign up for Direct Debit of invoices. Direct Debit can be from your Bank Account or Credit Card.
New Customers
For new customers, you can opt for Direct Debit payments upon completion of your Sale of Utility Agreement.
Existing Customers
For existing customers, you can fill out the appropriate secured form according to your supply address type. You can do this by filling out the Residential or Commercial secure Direct Debit form located on the Energy On "Pay Bill" webpage.
