How do I disconnect my services?

If you are moving out of your property, please Submit a Ticket via our Help Centre. 
Please note we require 5 Business days notice prior to you leaving your premise.
Be sure to include your full forwarding address and customer number when contacting us, this ensures that we can communicate with you on any pending items related to your account after it's closure.
